The method of which your retail items are recieved by you will vary, and the detail of this will be detailed on the product prior to check out.
Retailed stocked items
If you are buying a stocked item, we aim to have this with you within 3-5 working days.
If you are buying an item on pre-sale
The club that we are hosting decides the run size before we manufacturer and dispatch. Estimated shipping times will be stated before you check out.
If the Pre-sale is for an Event, the item will usually be available at the event itself at the race or event headquarters.
Teesmedals may be there on the day of your event, look out for us!

At Teesmedalsclub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You are buying a bespoke item, we are acting as an agent for your club, or event organiser, charity, business, or school and we have made this item bespoke to order.
Therefore
We can only offer exchange or refund if the products are faulty.
Please contact us in the event of a problem so we can discuss the best course of action.
