Last year friends ditched their club run because their rain coat's which were pretty, were not waterproof - now we know runners get wet from sweat, but you need a barrier from the cold rain. and a breathable jacket like this can help regulate body temperture.

Im a runner, I know what I wanted, and together with Adam and Lou, and the fab team on the ground in production we came up with this jacket.

This is a functional jacket that has big deep pockets, that doesnt sound like a plastic bag or feel like one, passes all the kit tests in case I decide to do an ultra, :D

It keeps me dry, therefore warm, and its breathable, given its waterproof properties this is a delicate balance as we all know. It covers my bum from rain drips, hood doesnt blow off my head in high winds, fits over my cap, and will do so a beanie, tightens under my chin, and is packable if I so wish. I also thought it should have reflective detail on it, and above all else, is durable and not £200.

This also has taped seams, and so will pass mandatory kit tests for ultra events.
